Blink offers a Lightning wallet backed by reserve cold storage (available in select jurisdictions) and a non-custodial Spark wallet for self-custody. For the Lightning wallet, the majority of funds are held in cold storage using a multi-signature (multi-sig) quorum, with a portion maintained in a hot wallet for payment processing.
