An Easy Guide to Withdrawing Bitcoin from Bitnob to Blink Using the Lightning Network

How to receive bitcoin from Bitnob to Blink?

Before initiating a bitcoin transaction, be aware that Bitnob might levy a fee and enforce a minimum withdrawal limit. To streamline the process, it's advisable to specify the desired amount in satoshis (remember that a bitcoin is divided in 100,000,000 satoshis), instead of a fiat currency.

To create an invoice to receive bitcoin on Blink, you need to:

1. Select the "Receive" option

• Choose between your bitcoin account or your Stablesats account

• Set the amount of sats you want to receive

• Copy your Lightning invoice

To send Bitcoin via the lightning network on Bitnob, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Bitnob wallet 

• Go to your “Funding Wallet” that is Bitnob, your bitcoin should be already there 

• Select the “BTC Balance” at the top of your home page

• Select “BTC Wallet balance”. 

• Tap “Send”

• Tap “Send to BTC destination”

• Paste the copied Lightning Invoice or Scan the Lightning Invoice QR code.

• Select “Continue”

• Confirm Lightning Address by selecting “Continue”

• Insert the amount of SATs you want to send.

• Add “Description”

• Input your Transaction pin/ Biometric

• Send your BTC to Blink
